The Edvard building consists of 50 modern studio apartments and two co-living apartments divided over 5 floors.
On the top floor of the building, there is a big common area accessible to all members with comfortable couches, dining tables and a big kitchen. It’s the perfect place to socialize and take part in or host community events. There are shared laundry facilities in the basement as well as extra storage space. The courtyard has a grill area.

The Edvard building is located on Steenstrups Gate, a quiet street in the heart of Grünerløkka. Grünerløkka is a warm and lively district with a variety of charming shopping streets, cosy cafés and exciting eateries. Go shopping at one of Grünerløkka’s design boutiques, vintage shops and flea markets, or go for a stroll along the riverside of the Akerselva River. North of Grünerløkka is the Torshov district which is known for its innovative restaurant scene. It is only a 10-minute walk to the city centre. Tram numbers 11, 12 and 13 and several buses run frequently only a few blocks away.
