You can book this apartment by signing up via the sign-up button above. We will get back to you within 3 business days to confirm the booking and send you the rental contract to review and sign. Please note that the booking is only complete after the rental contract has been signed.

We use a key share box system, so you have the flexibility to move in when it fits you best. After signing the rental contract, you will receive an invitation to download our LifeX member app where you can fill in your arrival day and time, and reach out to our community support team to arrange your move-in.

Do you want to move in at short notice? Let us know and we will check when is the first possibility to move in.

Do you want to move in in the middle of the month? In general, our contracts start on the first of the month and end on the last day of the month. If you want to move in this month still, we have the possibility to prorate your first month, so you don't pay for the full month. Let us know what your plan is and we would be happy to discuss the options.

All our prices are all-inclusive, which means they do not only contain the rent but also all utilities, additional services like cleaning and maintenance, internet and housing taxes.

We charge a one-time membership fee of €150 for singles and €225 for couples.

We charge a deposit of €1000,- for coliving units and €1800,- for private units. The deposit will be refunded within 60 business days after your contract ends if your room or apartment is in the same state as when you moved in.

Our minimum rental period is 6 months and you can stay as long as you want.

You may terminate your contract at any time with one running month's notice. Our contracts always end on the last day of the month. For example, if you terminate your contract on May 31st, your lease will end on June 30th. If you terminate your contract on June 4th, your lease will end on July 31st.

Our apartments are fully furnished and set up in a way that you can get settled and feel at home right away. You can expect the apartment to have the furniture and decorations as shown in the pictures.
