 The water is 5 minutes walk away and in summer this is the perfect spot to go for a swim. The main campus of Copenhagen University is around the corner as well as the Metro. 10 minutes walk across the bridge to downtown you will also find the Royal Library, Tivoli Gardens, City Hall and a little further the Central Station. The building has an elevator which goes to both 6th and 7th floor, as the apartment has seperate entrances on both floors.
