If you like more urban vibes, you can take the tram just outside the building and the trendy Giesing and the hip Glockenbachviertel are just a couple of stops away.</p>

There is also one balcony to enjoy the great view. The dining-living room is equipped with a TV as well as a big dining table for dinner nights with your flatmates. Laundry and dryer are located in a separate room in the apartment. The apartment also has a basement to store everything you don’t need on a regular basis.
