Munich is generally considered one of the most expensive cities in Germany to live in. Given that accommodation is one of the highest expenses you’ll have, start by searching for coliving apartments with all-inclusive rents!

Munich has an efficient and extensive public transportation system with buses, trams, the S-Bahn (suburban trains), and the U-Bahn (underground trains). Monthly and annual passes are available for frequent users at reduced rates. Additionally, cycling is popular, and the city boasts well-maintained bike paths.

When you move to Munich, you are required to register your address at a local Bürgeramt (citizen's office). This is known as "Anmeldung." To register, you’ll need to book an appointment at a Bürgeramt and bring the necessary documents, which typically include your passport or ID card, a completed registration form (Anmeldeformular), and a confirmation of residence from your landlord (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung). We want to make your housing costs as easy and transparent as possible. This is why we offer an all-inclusive price, which means that the rent, utilities, internet, cleaning and maintenance service, and ongoing in-app support are already included.

In terms of services, we offer different service packages (Regular and Service Plus), which vary per home. You can see on our availabilities page which service level the home of your choice has and what services are included.

We charge a one-time membership fee (€150 for singles / €225 for couples), plus a deposit and prepayment of your last month’s rent.

Our minimum stay is 6 months but you can stay as long as you want!

Our notice period is 1 month.

You can move in at any weekdays or Saturdays. We use a key sharing service, so you can arrive when it suits you best.

We want your move into a new home to be as smooth and stress-free as possible. To keep things simple and make sure everyone has the best experience, we just need three documents: your ID, proof of occupation (like a work contract or enrollment letter), and proof of funds.

Unfortunately not. We would love to show you our homes, but we also want to provide privacy to our current members. That's why don't offer viewings in houses that are occupied and instead, we provide detailed pictures as well as 3D floorplans on our website. This way, you can get a good idea of what the home is like.

If you have any specific questions, we would be happy to help you out on the call. We can guarantee a high quality standard across all our homes. We select our homes carefully and all are furnished with high-quality design furniture in the same beautiful Nordic style.
