You can book a room that is available via the sign-up button on the tab 'Rooms'. After signing up, you will get access to our calendar to schedule a call with our booking team and finalize your booking. We will conduct a short interview to ensure community fit. We would also be happy to answer any question you might have, or have a look at other availabilities and help you choose the perfect home for you.
Can't find a room that meets your requirements (yet)? No stress! We have new rooms and apartments opening up regularly. Simply subscribe to our notification list to receive updates when we have new availabilities.
We use a key share box system, so you have the flexibility to move in when it fits you best. After signing the rental contract, you will receive an invitation to download our LifeX member app where you can fill in your arrival day and time, and reach out to our community support team to arrange your move-in.
Do you want to move in at short notice? Let us know and we will check when is the first possibility to move in.
Do you want to move in in the middle of the month? In general, our contracts start on the first of the month and end on the last day of the month. If you want to move in this month still, we have the possibility to prorate your first month, so you don't pay for the full month. Let us know what your plan is and we would be happy to discuss the options.
All our prices are all-inclusive, which means they do not only contain the rent but also all utilities, additional services like cleaning and maintenance, internet and housing taxes. You can find more details under the tab 'What's included'.

We charge a deposit of €1000,- which will be refunded 10 days after your contract ends if your room or apartment is in the same state as when you moved in.
Our minimum rental period is 3 or 6 months (depending on your contract arrangement) and you can stay as long as you want.
You may terminate your contract at any time with one running month's notice. Our contracts always end on the last day of the month. For example, if you terminate your contract on May 31st, your lease will end on June 30th. If you terminate your contract on June 4th, your lease will end on July 31st.
Regular Service includes:
- Cleaning of the shared areas every two weeks
Service Plus includes:
- Cleaning of the shared areas twice per week
- Cleaning of the private rooms once per week
- Shared supplies s.a. toilet paper, hand soap, laundry detergent, spices in the kitchen and more

Our rooms and apartments are fully furnished and set up in a way that you can get settled and feel at home right away. You can expect both the apartment and the rooms to have the furniture and decorations as shown in the pictures.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer viewings due to the privacy of our existing tenant(s) and for logistical reasons. Part of the service that we provide, is the ease and comfort of living in a shared apartment, without having to worry about an empty room and finding new housemates. However, we can guarantee that all our apartments have the same high quality and the pictures and floor plans on the website give you a realistic idea of what you can expect.
Our members are working professionals from all over the world and on average aged between 25 and 35 years old. Everyone who lives in a shared apartment at LifeX, has been vetted by our booking team to ensure a good community fit.
